The funeral of Marc Bolan (born Mark Feld; 30 September 1947 – 16 September 1977) was held at the Golder’s Green Crematorium in Hoop Lane, NW11, London four days after his death on the 16th September. David Bowie was godfather to Bolan’s son Rolan Feld.
